I love the Odd Thomas series, Wheel of time, Disc world, currently reading Legend, which seems really good. Ender's game is good, but I am not a fan of the author personally.

book one is decent, but you don't fully understand what is going on. It feels like a second book of a series, because there's not enough introductory material. however, if you revisit it after reading a few books, you'll appreciate it more. on the whole it's one of the better series of books that i've read in the fantasy|high epic genre

I love the Odd Thomas series, Wheel of time, Disc world, currently reading Legend, which seems really good. Ender's game is good, but I am not a fan of the author personally.

I just started Babylon Rising, which has been really good. Love Disc world too. Odd Thomas is an awesome series.

I miss more HITs because I always check TO first. But that's why we run Turkmaster or the like to grab those PANDA's when I miss them.

But, alas,

lol the first time i ever read it, it took me 6 months, and i would read the same chapter 3 times to make sure i understood it.
its a tough read, but the story is great and character development (besides slothrop) is amazing
