Maybe I should give craigslist another shot. I found that most of the listings were already on other sites like Zillow OR scams . It would be one thing if I could check out the places on my own but I'm not sure I'd trust craigslist if moving across country. Let me know if you find any other useful sites, we're moving this summer .

The property scams on craigslist are utterly depressing when you're looking, aren't they? That brief tease of hope, then you realize that it's impossible. Impossible, or I'm really missing out by passing up all those rent-to-own 4-bedroom houses situated on large fields, that somehow have a street address in a commercial area downtown.

YES. But remember, I'm in the Northern part of the state. North florida is the deep South - which might make people who like the deep South (there are many , happy. But the jobs I worked - were terrible. I've written before about the girls detention program which actually had case managers write behavioral programs for my gay girls (make a collage of 'normal' male/female relationships).

Honestly, I could go on and on (really - humiliating one of my girls for her hair.......'cause a 12 year old should be humiliated for that). The prisons were also terrible.

I'm really nice (I don't know how I come across online . And pretty smart - I went to well-known schools and am generally recognized as - well, good at what I do. And the people I worked for...........I wouldn't let them walk my dog. (I mean that - you might hire them at McDonalds - but I'm not sure).

I mean, I worked with a co-worker who nodded off...........in substance abuse program............my guys were like. MS Jan, Ms. Jan - you should see Mr. Blah, blah, blah.

Or the forensic hospital I worked at where they held an Easter Egg hunt for my men. (Adult men - hunting for Easter Eggs).

It was HIGH comedy (and I don't mean to malign the men.....just the staff).

Go South, @Catfish , go South. That's the North. I would be embarrassed to let you know how they paid me (you have no idea.........it was so bad - it was shameful .

Orlando is pretty decent. We lived in South Florida and please avoid the Treasure Coast like the plague unless you enjoy meth and bikers.
