You might consider ... go to YouTube and type in "Mcbride" and "sleep." He's got about 10 or so 8-hour vids. I almost always listen when trying to nod off. I find that sometimes I want to listen to 'rain on a tin roof,' sometimes 'rain on a tent,' or maybe even an 8-hour train ride. He's also got 2-hour vids up.
