Not exactly. There is a limit per account and a limit per IP address, although they don't overlap. If logged in, all page requests count as account page requests and it doesn't matter what IP address they come from.

this is why accidentally leaving a scraper running on a computer and trying to work in a different location can be hell

Do you really think that you could still eat whatever you want? I think it is more 80% food 20% exercise.

I did something similar to that and also lifted. If you control calories you will lose easily doing that. If you eat normally and not like.. 4 plates for dinner or something you will maintain generally doing that exercise as the bare minimum.
