Thank you for pointing to the guidelines, but I don't know if posting less is really the solution that we want. We encourage people to post more.

I know it can be easy for a newer person to feel like they're doing stuff wrong, especially when we have rules towards survey content and stuff that greatly differ from places like reddit and such. But any time we point something out, it's not personal. It's just the only way that we really have to acclimate people to the way we do things here. And, I think, the more active you are, the quicker you can get a feel for how the community does things.
