ram might be overkill unless youre rendering/running a bunch of vsts/etc.
a sound card isnt really necessary

also check amazon for your OS, i think it might be cheaper there

my computer slightly chokes if i have a game + 16 tabs of chrome + a few other things running and I have 8 on this one

you could do 16 if you find a deal
