I would have a small platter HD with the OS on it for cache write/rewrite not killing the ssd with my other software/data on it.
90% of people will not utilize what the I7 affords over the I5; I5= save money. Mobo+CPU combos :

If you are not overclocking, stock fan is fine (comes prepasted)=save money.
Go from 32gb ram to 16gb ram and better quality=better purchase.
You don't need that much on a case. There are so many different ones out there and they go on sale ALL the time. Go budget now and get one on sale later.
Use on board sound card= save money
Get a better PSU=more money now, less money long run, better investment
Get mid-grade GPU with active cooling (fan) and possible SLI = more money now, less money long run, can expand
Maybe possible to find Win 7 license cheaper and free upgrade to 10.
Check newegg, frys, microcenter for the hardware
