Actually, I was told the reached number of techs literally had none of this information, and it was directing us to the wrong department.
It's a very fun day.
I had my lunch and I got the app to work at the very fucking least lol

I ran into an issue last time, where after I did a prior Soluto HIT, I uninstalled the app. The following week tried to do another Soluto HIT, and could not get the app to install or be visible to start with an icon, etc.

I submitted the HIT, did the first of the two calls with the tech, wrote a lot in the comment boxes...

FYI. Sometimes Soluto is a challenge.

Question for all you smart college people. The FAFSA is being changed to where we can fill it out in October each year instead of waiting until January. From what I hear that change takes effect this year. Would this mean we the students would receive aid by the winter semester? I just started in May, so that's obviously when I first got aid, but since I'm a current student that would mean we get the aid sooner, instead of having to wait until the summer, yes?
