I was going to do more hits after finishing The Beast.

I have decided that, for tonight, these are truly beautiful words:

There are currently no HITs assigned to you.

How do you handle the "triggers" that make you want nicotine? That is my downfall. I'm all good for months, years, then a trigger hits and bam...
it's very rare that I get that stomach clenchy feeling
but that's because while I was quitting, I redefined what the cigarette breaks were
I redefined for myself WHY smoking relieved stress

as it turns out, the reason smoking relieves stress is because you create a five minute bubble where you're able to smoke
sure, some people might smoke all the time, at the computer for example
but many people take five minutes to go outside

and for me, it was the going outside and away from everything, that actually made the cigarette worthwhile.
so it wasn't the cigarette I wanted.
it was only that I wanted to remove myself and create me-time.

once I realized that the cigarette wasn't a part of it, my addiction literally crumbled, much like a pile of styrofoam blocks on a slightly windy day

You could vape and slowly lower your nicotine by the time you get down to sometime like 2% it'll be much easier

That was my thing years ago. That's why it crumbled for almost a decade. But now I need to figure out what my new styrofoam blocks are and throw them into the wind.

Thank you for reminding me that it's not really the nicotine I need. It's something else and I need to figure out what the heck that is.

You didn't ask me, but when I quit smoking I tried to keep in mind that cravings only last a few minutes each time. So when I wanted a cig, I knew the feeling would pass if I would just wait a few minutes. Driving and coffee were by far the hardest ones to overcome. Bitter coffee helped (drink it black now). whyquit.com and a $$$ tracker helped a ton but that was a decade ago, idk how the site is now. Aren't cigs like $10 a pack now? How many shitty HITs does it take to buy a cig?

I sent her this. "If I'm not overstepping, please let Karli know I love her and I am very proud of her. She has a very special day ahead of her and I'm sorry I can't be there. I love you guys."

I'm thinking of doing that with gum. I use my friends' vapes in many situations and they just don't do it for me (my friends are happy to share vapes, apparently they are certain I have no icky diseases, lol). But I do like the gum.

www.quitsmokingonline.com

just do it - the best site out there for quitting smoking, or for just reminding yourself not to smoke.

maybe because the search box is an iframe and it isn't loaded into the dom until later?
do you know how I can get it to work? I've tried everything I can think of. without adding a timer.

If its the draw different tanks and tips can make it more of a mouth to lung authentic experience similar to a cig. There's so many different tobacco flavors you just have to find one that works for you or go with many of the other random flavors if you take a liking
