At option 1 is like running all of your TM pandas at 1s, option 2 is like running them at 1.5s and option 3 is like 2s. Use this info to set it up like you had TM.

I wish! They have been steadily increasing our rent. It does include utilities, but in my experience before (when I livealone , that is) utilities were never more than maybe $100 at most.


Ughhh I couldn't afford it. It really is sad how expensive renting is. I'm looking forward to not forking out $890 every month but then again I'll be saving for property taxes/insurances so there's that lol.

I pay about 100 in utilities but its mainly cause of our net being the best around here with no cap... I hate IP's
