for most people i'd say 10-15mbps is plenty you don't notice much higher stuff unless you're downloading stuff or streaming some really high bitrate video.

TO isn't reliable and some Qual hits are posted at 0.00. There is no perfect setting, just what's right for you/what you're looking for.

For years and years I had shitty 1mbps (if that) internet. I switched to Time Warner like 2 years ago, and I'm still surprised every time Youtube is able to load a video in 1080p.
