what does "first hit is a qual" mean? all I see is that you need to request it. their other active hit is completely different and something i've done a few of already

The qual is auto-granted, but if you mess up the first HIT the qual is taken away.

When you finish the first hit you accept it'll tell you it was a test and if you passed it you can continue to do the hits.
