Thanks that's very helpful, I was hoping it would let you know, didn't want to find out the hard way. I found this to get me thinking, in case i go blank: http://writingexercises.co.uk/children/story-plots-for-children.php There were some awesome ones, but too much detail, this one is about right.
And that's quick! I just know when I'm not actively focused on not doing so, I end up taking so long with things, wanted to have a time in mind...and I can be a speedy but would be very happy with 2x that for now. thank you

I'd recommend working on other stuff in between as it pops up, if you can, or it'll burn you out fast. But it does ok hourly if you can really get into a zone.
