They threatened a massive fine if I didnt kill one of my dogs. I have 3. 3 tiny ones. My family cant take on the fine. I had to put down one of my buddies. Is this shit legal? There's multiple people in this complex with more then 3 dogs. They targeted us. I dont get it. I'm confused and just torn up about it.
