What's the purpose of having a logged out scrapper when most of the hits I am unqualified for? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question.

I assume it's so you can use it without it taking up your page requests for easier panda-ing. I'm on a chromebook so I don't have multiple browsers to play with. waa.
