You might start with scraping every 2-5 seconds, 1 page, 20-50 hits and don't correct for skips. (This all depends on how many page requests errors you get so adjust as needed) You don't need to look at the entirety of mturk. As far as when you turn on your PandAs in PC, well when the hits are up or if you're waiting for expires/returns... but maybe I'm not understanding the question exactly.

I tried out your hitscraper suggestion, and it seems to be going much faster for me. Few questions: the tooltip for correct for skips says it's useful when there's a lot of stuff blocklisted, so should I still not use it? Also, won't hitscraper interfere with PC, or do you only run one at a time?

Lastly, how do you personally work? Do you check these threads first, then add stuff you find to PC to fill your queue, or do you babysit hitscraper a lot hoping to find new stuff, or what? Thanks!

Making an account to get help was the first turn in the right direction. Don't count out things that are less than 25 cents. You could miss a 5 cent qualification hit that could lead to $$$. Even some really nice batches are down in the nickle area. I also don't scrape more than like 5 pages. Good stuff goes quick or gets posted here. No point waiting for it to load all of that if you ask me. You definitely should panda stuff. Don't count out doing stuff like this if it's not clear or working for you right away. Just hang out on forums and people can help you out when needed.

Hey thanks, I'll start using the 0.05 search immediately, and reduced the pages to scrape like suggest by you guys. I have PC for filling up my queue, I just haven't found any of the batches I've put into it so far, so not useful to me atm.

I just leave mine at .01. You never know what shiny pennies you might find

Some people like auto refreshers but I prefer PC because you can save your favorites all in one spot.

Anything you run is going to make more page requests, and the limit until you get errors is different for everyone. There is no one way to turk and you really have to just do trial and error to find your 'sweet spot'.

I personally have PC and HitFinder up all day, pause them sometimes if I need to, and watch the forum as well. It helps to have extra screen space so you can look at it all, but not necessary.
