I think it's just batch throttling.

heaviest batch throttling I've ever seen and the amount keeps climbing makes it not worth even doing. I thought it may be something on my end, but I changed my ip etc. same prob.

People should definitely be using Wells Fargo though. Their team will even make accounts for you and you don't have to do anything! Now that's good customer service.
