No, incognito is a browser mode. Logged out means you're not logged into your MTurk account.

I haven't paid any attention to working 'logged out' 'cause I saw no need for it at the level of Turking sophistication I was at, but now that my ISP has doubled my speed I'm trying to run HS and TM at the same time ...so eliminating - insofar as possible - PREs would be "a good thing."

You can't really run those logged out. You need them logged in. Try playing with your settings. Maybe scrape every 5 seconds instead of every 3
