But did you check if you got logged out of MTurk. That is usually what causes the colors to disappear.
Yup that's why I thought maybe an update happened or something I missed...

I didn't get a code either. I submitted it and I sent a message.
yeah, my $1.50 is gone because I'm done messing with it. I tried submitting it without but it didn't go through.

Sorry off-topic! I bought a Shark cordless vac for $70 about six months ago and it was awesome til it died 6 weeks ago. So I called the company and they sent me a brand new one since I was still within the warranty period. I just had to pay $12.95. They sent me a brand new one and that one died in only three weeks! Anyone have any recommendations for a different brand? I love handheld vacs but don't want to get burned again. :banghead:

Indeed I did. As other have said once you get your numbers up it's worth it to take the risk sometimes to get big payments.


I'm totally glad it worked out for you!!!! I'll get there I've only been doing this a few months. Still learning & trying to get my numbers up. I feel like for the amount of time I've been at it I'm doing ok, but still have to be cautious for now.

I would contact them again. Sounds like you got a lemon for a replacment.

Wow, that surprises me. I have a Shark vacuum and a Shark steam cleaner. They are both very dependable. My son also had a handheld one for small clean ups. He said it is the best investment he ever made.

I would contact them again. Sounds like you got a lemon for a replacment.
At this point, since I already got a replacement, they offer to fix my second Shark. I have to pay for shipping it there and back. I might as well just buy a different brand.

Are you relatively new? If so, it is usually an issue with Amazon Payments verifying your account.

Been turking about 6 weeks. 47,000 HITs submitted. One thing I didn't have on Payments and I just realized it is: didn't add a credit card. Did add a bank account though.
6 weeks isn't that new. I would email them and ask. Maybe they will give you a non-generic response.

Have you received any blocks from requesters?
