Funny story about drinking too much water. My foot was swelling up all weirdly and nothing else was wrong with me so he asked how much water I was drinking and said to cool it with the water.

I didn't listen so it's still all puffy but at least I'm not dying.

sounds like fluid build up not because of water. I have that issue. I retain about anywhere between 5-20 pounds of fluid a day that I have to pee out via medication. because life sucks. It starts in my foot.

That makes a lot more sense than drinking to much water, I Just didn't argue with him because he's the doctor

again, over 5 liters a day will hurt your kidneys... anything in excess will. At no point can or will a normal person consume this much water. I weigh 178 and am 6ft exactly when training I know I cant exceed 6 1/2 liters or down I go.
