My sister's husband just came over to help me get some stuff done because of my broke ass leg. It's early and he wakes me up. I offer coffee being a good host. "No thanks, I don't drink coffee" WUT!!!!!!!!!! How does a human adult function without coffee. Is that a thing? Are there masses of you who wake up cheery and get through the day on your own?

I didn't drink coffee for 30 years, only just started in the last year to help keep me awake during the chemo, but otherwise I can't stand it.

Neither of my parents do. They are soda people. We never even had a coffee maker in the house growing up... I had a whole coffee learning curve and currently can't live without it.

yes. i never understood why people need coffee in the morning -- you just slept. needing it in the evening if you have to stay up late for something i can understand.
