This is why I only drink regular coffee early... I am too lazy to use the espresso machine
The only way I would rent out my home is if I could do an Air BNB type thing where I could rent to multiple different people for short amounts of time. This allows you to see the renters rating score so you can be sure you arent getting a total turd renting your space.

This forum is very enlightening today. Not only have I been reminded that buying things actually costs little pieces of life. You even suggest that we can actually buy future pieces of life through saving and investing.

well i don't know how much coffee costs but i assume it's at least $2 for most coffee drinkers

I drink on KPod every morning sometimes two. Maybe 25 cents a cup, Maybe. People who have regular brewers it's even cheaper.
well my closest friends buy the Illy coffee beans and that's $15 a can and lasts them maybe about a week; my parents use a Keurig and that's at least 50 cents a kcup.
