The credit union I use updated their security system so now I have to answer 4 security questions and use 2 different passwords just to sign in to see my balance. Isn't that a bit much?

wells fargo started doing this to me and forces me to get a text sent to my phone with a code every time i login even though i always check remember this computer. i stopped logging in as often and i'm going to close my credit card with them.

My bank does this every week. It's so annoying. I'm a hermit that only views my account from my house.

It doesn't bother me all that much given I usually just check my balance in person, but surely they have to know a lot of people will be calling them saying their forgot their passwords. I have a hard enough remembering my debit card PIN some times, let alone 2 fucking passwords.
Edit: They're also the type of password that requires at least 1 capital letter and 1 number, which is the bane of my existence.
