Only if the survey says in the instructions that someone else can do it. for 99.9 percent of hits, its against the rules for someone else to do ANYTHING for you as far as completing hits.

Some surveys use IP to try to weed out duplicate workers. Usually surveys that do that will say so in the instructions. But we have many people here who live in the same household/same IP and do the same surveys. You just have to do it on your own accounts.
