IP Address problems are very rare.
Me and @Princess Gina Marie have only been rejected once for it in 5 months of working/living together.

If the requester sees he marked male and then later runs another survey and you do it and mark female, there's a chance the requester could report you to MTurk for scamming. Since MTurk isn't clear about their rules for suspensions, we simply don't know if they would suspend you or not. Since it says in the Terms of Service that you cannot let others do work on your account, it's not really a risk you want to take.
