I think if you read the 2nd option it usually says at the end "pin not clear or pin not available" does that show up for you?

Was doing a $.40 one.. I actually just hit No/none and went back and it reloaded the pin.

Now I can't submit it.. hrm..

Edit: Went back and forward a few times and was able to submit. Funky!

Have you updated your scripts? There were some changes made a couple of weeks ago that made them go all wonky.
