It happens for 1 of 2 reasons.

-You returned a Google HIT.
-You've opened the "wrong" hit/looked at the out of order.

If it's the first... you are le screwed.

If it's the second, just go to your queue and click on the first HIT. If it gives you the error, try the next one and so on until you find the one that isn't broken.
