I just figured that more people are likely to be in either the 25-34 bracket or 30-39 bracket so some surveys have already met their demographic quota.

Most turkers are in that range, but in the general population, the Baby Boomers, born between 1946 and 1964, therefore now between 52 and 70, account for about 78 million Americans. That's big. But we don't buy anything or go anywhere. Or watch TV. Or go to movies.
