Well, I dont likey.

We got him from a private family, and the mother didnt want anything to do with the puppies.... Could that have done it?

It's a puppy. Don't be mean to it. Love it. Puppies outgrow puppy behavior and depending on how you treated it will grow into hopefully a well adjusted dog. But if you mistreat it or ignore it now, it won't forget that. I cannot stand to see animals hurt or abused. They are like children and need love not mistreatment or being ignored.

I have tried all that. I read dozens of books, articles, blogs and everything weeks before getting him.
I think he just hates me.
Does the puppy just destroy a bunch of shit around the house or not listen to commands, misbehave, etc? Because if it's destroying everything it could just be bored and have an excess of energy with no constructive way to release it. Like me when I shitpost a lot because there's no work to do.

I got both mine when they were about 4 months old. My older one is the best dog EVER, he aims to please and never ever does anything bad EVER. When I got the little one (same breed) I assume he will be the same, nope! WORST DOG ever, but he is so cute and happy I can't get mad at him. He destroys anything left out, get on counters, tears everything up but he came from a family with small children that abused him. He is happy happy happy and adorable, just a total attention whore.

I didn't realize how much old games went for until my employee was telling me about his collection. I started looking up prices, and wow. People spend an insane amount of money on collectible games and I had quite a few of them growing up.
I had a pretty good collection but my brother pretty much took it over when we got older. Right now the prices seam to be really high but with any collectible there is always a chance the market could drop out.
:looks over at the 200,000 baseball cards in my office : lol

Probably not unless she was abusive, the most likely answer is that the puppy is reacting your attitude and interactions with it.

hi guys! Its a holiday week, so we're all going to have to pull together! I'm dividing all the workers that are online now into two teams.

Team 1 will consist of these awesome turkers. They'll work together to get the best surveys available! no writing, few bubbles... 15.00 an hour type shit.
  1. Log in or register now. to view Spoiler content!

Then, theres team 2. They'll get the batches. I don't mean just any batches. I want batches so good you'll slap yo mama! Batches that will have us all filthy rich, rolling down the street, smoking indo, sipping on gin and juice.

Log in or register now. to view Spoiler content!

Now, if you were left off of the list. That just means you have the most important job of all. PRAY!

We'll meet back here at noon eastern to discuss progress.
Haven't done a single batch but I'm at my goal through surveys.

Dogs are like kids, I had 4 that were the sweetest never got in trouble, etc. Then we had one that took after me...

I try REALLY hard. I bring him out to play. Give him treats when he listens. He just insists on ripping shit up. AND I KNOW HE IS A PUPPY and that is normal. I just still hate it. He is good with the kids.

Lol. I am going to the pet store tomorrow to get him new toys. He doesnt really touch the other ones... I think maybe because they other dogs use them?

He just rips things apart. He is crate trained now, but i HATE leaving him in it. I just havent had a stubborn dog before. All the others were SO easy to train.

I am never mean. I don't raise my voice. I dont hit. Hitting never solves an issue.
I am wondering if maybe the kids or someone else in the house is...

Thanks for the advice and tips guys.
I appreciate it.
I am going to bring Tommie to get some new toys tomorrow and maybe that will curb the destructive behavior.
I will also talk to the kids and make sure that they are not being mean to him. They know to respect dogs, but maybe they just don't know how to interact with him because, like I said, he is more stubborn to train than my other 4.
