So I was doing a bunch of stuff and i think my tabs reloaded. Now i cant get PC to open. It sits at Loading settings in memory. Is there anything i should try before trying to reinstall it and losing everything

I just want to say that I heard back from the person who put up that $1.00 psychology survey I posted about a few minutes or more ago. She has changed the part in question. Fortunately I had remembered to screen shot it and that helped so she could see what happened. Good requester.
