No, I never called them. I kept trying to use livechat, but it's not working. I just dread calling them because I know it's gonna ruin my day.

Horrible day so far. Had to get a molar extraction + stitches so that took half the morning and it hurts so bad I can barely think straight ... plus the "baby" (puppy) has been extra whiny and needy today.
