You might enjoy the Heterodox Academy.

Tangentially related, this paper, but you can find more in this journal that might help you. http://heterodoxacademy.org/2015/09/14/bbs-paper-on-lack-of-political-diversity/

As someone pursuing a bachelors in Cybersecurity, what would you wish that I would learn?

If we're going to compete with China and Russia, that is.

I might be getting nabbed by lockheed martin or PNNL once I finish this degree.
That's an interesting paper - I had a skim and will read further later. I think the biggest problem I see in graduates is their over-ability to calculate mathematical risk problems and equations, but an under ability to speak to the psychology of security and risk. You can have the best security team in the entire world, but if you don't know how to play your current socio-political-cultural workplace environment, then the team is a waste of time and money. SANS did a white paper on it if I recall correctly. People are always going to be the biggest problem, and if you can't speak to the people AND play the game in the company, then your matrix and algorithms and firewalls and whatever else are a futile effort. Stupid and ignorant are exponential. It's actually one of the reasons I'm trying to transition to a bridging position where I can start dropping the walls between business and IT and start amalgamating them. Mostly, I love playing the political game, which most of our internal IT people hate, and it shows.

Interesting... is there a class for 'corporate culture social skills' because I'm a bit of an animal.

Why don't they teach manners classes anymore?
