Thanks for posting about the Selection & Search hits yesterday! I'd never heard of them. I added them to my TM yesterday and they are great filler and always trickling.

absolutely! They were originally "Green Search & Selection" and I'd caught a name change on them a few days ago. I just let the panda run at 10 second refresh rates and work them every so often. They fly by so fast you don't really notice. Just have to be careful to abide by the instructions. If the job title doesn't show up in the suggested items then don't put it in there. I've emailed a couple times asking to have certain very common job titles added to their lists but I haven't see a response or an indication they were added.

I know some are doing A9's but they scare me. Most of my rejections are from them. Seem easy but if you miss one thing it is rejected unless they have lightened up their rule.

Thanks for the tips, I was wondering what you're supposed to do when that happens. Will it let you submit the hit if you don't select anything? I've just been choosing the closest option I can find if I can't find an exact match. :/ They're missing some pretty common options!

Probably at least half of my 35 rejections are from a9s. I still do them, though...
