Did a hit that I wasn't too sure about anyways, no TO, but it got rejected with no explanation and when I try to message the requester it says Failed to send comments and This requester could not be reached. Has anyone else encountered something like this before? NOW there's negative TO.

How are you attempting to contact them?

I haven't scrolled down enough to see if anyone replied to you yet, but if you try and send a message and it says failed to send comments, that means the requester's account is gone, either deleted or suspended.
