02/13 - Moist Monday!

I'm a 5'6 dude weighing 165 lbs and my doctor has me on a 1200-1400 calorie a day diet. The 2000-2500 calorie per day diet is really inaccurate and only a rough average. I have some friends that eat over 3500 calories a day and can't keep weight on.

My teenage boy eats more than I do a day for almost each meal lol

I am 5'1" and I love food I couldn't imagine being on a 900 calorie diet. I am so sorry hun! I am on the see food eat food diet. One day it will catch up to me but for now... I am EATING!

When I smoked cigarettes I used to smoke a bowl immediately after. My reasoning is that the thc repairs any damage to my lungs the cigarette caused. Something tells me that it doesn't actually work that way

My 11 year old daughter is 5'4" and weighs under 90 pounds but can eat three times as much as I do. She brags about it and I told her to just wait until the Smith family metabolism genes kick in. She'll gain five pounds just thinking about donuts.

I remember the days back when they called us "Generation Y". I first saw it on a cover of People's Magazine or some rag at the supermarket checkout. Sometimes if you message them they'll reverse it. Sometimes they won't. I think there's a disclaimer saying they won't refund it but some have had luck trying anyway.

Look at the next one - hit group age I had to. I didn't fit the one that said 51 -55, but qual'd for the 45 - 50 even thought I'm 51

HAHAHA Isn't it funny when we don't know and they are just matter of fact about it? My #3 is a very picky eater. One day we were eating pomegranate and he was like "I don't like this anymore mom." Okay, no big deal enjoy your banana/apple. A couple days later he was like "Mom, you know when you eat those little seed fruits and your mouth starts feeling all hairy? How long does that last usually?" What? Your mouth feels hairy? I called the pediatrician he has a mild allergy to fruits. He was 5 at this point! I had fed him so many fruits from 8 months on. I couldn't believe he never told me he had a hairy mouth!
