Thank you! I'll try and find out what is going on. It only happened to me once before. I thought I remembered this problem if also working using the "worker" site, but I'm not on the worker site so I dunno...

@tricker I think it's something to do with using mturk and worker.mturk within the same browser.

Sorry to hear that. Don't worry about sending a screenshot to them - just let them know that you've taken one where you would put the survey code. That way, you're guaranteed to get the HIT in without having to worry and if they want the proof, you can send it later.
