Agreed. I think the issue is not wanting to work for requesters who are prone to block for reasons other than scamming when a qual block would work just as well.Just to play devils advocate here... a person can be a "good guy" with high moral fiber and still have shit reading comprehension when reviewing instructions or just low applicable task iq in specific hits... without knowing it.
