USPS. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and it's showing as delivered but it says to wait 36 hours in case it got mixed up.

It's been my experience that the USPS is pretty good but they do, from time to time, deliver stuff to the wrong post office. You're probably going to just sit tight until they see if they can get it sorted out.

I do. My street has a lot of traffic so I'm guessing somebody walked up and swiped it while my Mom was out at the park with the dog. I'm going to have to check with the post office on Monday.
