I love deviled eggs! They're so dangerous. I can eat a lot of them.
I make the best ones ever. I have secret ingredients. I'm not allowed to go to any function with friends or family if I don't bring my devilled eggs.

I love Easter devilled eggs the best as the whites are always a weird color due to dying the shells first :)

I hate ham with a fiery passion.
So you wouldn't eat it, say, in a quiche? I make great ham and cheese quiche.

But I have a spinach quiche alternative for those who hate ham.

The only time I've eaten ham is when I got devilled ham at a foodbank and it was that or water. :o

The BEST ones are made with dijon mustard (a small amount), Best Foods (Hellmans) mayo, and garlic.

Or green onions.

And the salt matters. It has to be perfect.

Plus, the way the yolks are mashed up matters, too. No chunks allowed.

If you've never had devilled eggs with garlic mixed in try it. It is awesome.

One day I decided to just make a shit ton of deviled eggs using different recipes. I tried some with bacon, some with avocado, some traditional. They were all pretty good. I think the ones that one had some horseradish in them.

Now I want deviled eggs.

I'm a garlic fiend, too. I put it on pasta, in mashed potatoes, on steamed veggies...wherever I can garlic, I will.

Hm. Maybe that explains why I'm single.
