One day I decided to just make a shit ton of deviled eggs using different recipes. I tried some with bacon, some with avocado, some traditional. They were all pretty good. I think the ones that one had some horseradish in them.LOL. Not so secret.
The BEST ones are made with dijon mustard (a small amount), Best Foods (Hellmans) mayo, and garlic.
Or green onions.
And the salt matters. It has to be perfect.
Plus, the way the yolks are mashed up matters, too. No chunks allowed.
If you've never had devilled eggs with garlic mixed in try it. It is awesome.
Oh, and I pretty much put garlic in every thing. Like, everything. Even cereal.LOL. Not so secret.
