Don't make any mistakes. Type fast. Follow guidelines. Pat yourself on the back and tell yourself you're worth it.

I emailed support about this. The first person had no idea where to look for the qualification at all, so I sent screenshots.. but to the next person, because they send responses from email that I can't reply to. That person said that they would have to move it to someone else to be investigated, and said I must have accidentally checked "male" when I took the qualification. It only took a few emails to turn that blame onto me! I'm still waiting for the next response... How difficult can this really be?

Ah yeah, I've done like a million crowdsurf...speechpad is so different though...they don't want anything extra just the words
