And... I do not get to move on to the larger study.
It's nice to finally be paid for being mentally unstable, Joe is the realest MVP
Not necessarily. Making deals with people like that usually means problems in the future. But when you need a place fast...Or fortunately, if it's what gets you the place you want.
Was that GSB Crowd Forest?And... I do not get to move on to the larger study.
Maybe you appear to be a coyote?this 1.67lb Prolific is the worst ever....Inquisit followed by Where's Waldo.....
you think that's bad? I got turned down for a resident visa in MEXICO because I didn't make enough verifiable freelance income.....that's MEXICO...where tens of millions of people are trying to get out and come work for $4/hr in cash in the US picking fruit and veg.....PE $30/day type workers...like Reddit Turkers
Usually is a strong word, I'd say. But it's all rental companies around here so maybe that's different. Not necessarily. Making deals with people like that usually means problems in the future. But when you need a place fast...
Just don't tell @ElleWoods or @Liz

Oh, eesh! I've never had my scar tissue scoped, but it sounds as painful as the pain itself, if not more so. Have you had surgery on it in the past? I'm glad the ice is helping, though!Weather definitely triggers it. I've got some scar tissue floating around that I'm going to need to get scoped soon. I've got all sorts of braces and such. They help but I'm really enjoying ice right now.
@thedorchannel I didn't think I had anything helpful to add for you, until rsclone said this. It's a good idea, and also check in small local papers of the area that you're moving into. I had a hell of a time finding a place in Norman, OK when I moved there, for similar reasons (plus that whole swarm of OU students thing). I ended up perusing the local paper, and found a really great landlord that had posted in the classifieds there. He is an older dude, and they still tend to prefer paper publications to all of this "newfangled" tech stuff. Not only did he take a chance on me because I loved the same features of the property that his mother had loved (it was his childhood home) but it was the easiest move-out I've ever had when the lease was up. (And I've had a lot of moves in my lifetime.)try something like Craigslist and try to find an individual instead of rental company...they can be more flexible...

Many rental companies where I am will stonewall you if you don't make 100x your monthly rent in a year, so sometimes you have make do through other means.Usually is a strong word, I'd say. But it's all rental companies around here so maybe that's different.
