What's the point of doing something that usually makes a problem worse and makes the person doing it look immature? It's better to tell people if you have a problem (in a respectful way). You'll get better results.

I did approach her, by the way, and we were civil and settled things. It was way less dramatic then what it should have been.

i'm really sleepy and probably confusing passive aggressive meaning. but I dont mean fighting like I said. But I agree with you blue. but she did nothing wrong and she handled it like she said. I may also have a different perspective just from my life. I'm really tired of being a doormat for people. I struggle with it. When people do that kinda stuff. It hurts.

I think everyone is really saying the same thing but the definitions are getting in the way.
