It was new qual that was posted last week......didn't even panda it because I just assumed they were qualling new people for the main qual they've had for well over a year now.
Which is silly because according to the title of the qual it's just for e-cigs....and our qual was for both tobacco and e-cigs....so what was the point?

To make me butthurt all morning.
