Not sure about the batch, but that could be an intentional thing. Leaving TO encourages other people to do a batch. Leaving a batch as no TO increases the odds that people will be too scared to do it.

They use to be called "foodessentials" and went through a really bad qual mass reject thing awhile back. TO tanked, people refused to work for them, etc. Not sure when the name changed but I would still be uber uber scared money.
