Just deduct everything and hope that you don't make enough to matter to the IRS
so coffee and donuts bar counts as meals and entertainment due to meeting with clients which would make it a 50% deduction hopefully. or is there a different way I should classify this expense and deduct a different % of it you think?

Hey, I defend my position that when you send her a rock gif and she sends it back, she's the one. You deserve someone with a similar sense of humor. (But not when that's the first text exchange between you guys).

yeah and the delivery fees to get the donuts because the donut bar in the home office should be stocked and I don't have a car so I can't go get them without missing clients on mturk.

Everything's a deduction as long as you have a receipt and can justify it

How do you think high end business men have gotten this far?

Yes, I went to Wesley Snipes University for my Tax Preparer Degree. Basically deduct as much as possible, as often as possible, and then just relax and watch the savings come in. The IRS doesn't care about it, they're super laid back about iffy deductions and they just let you get away with it.
