a very simple AHK makes that one really easy.

send {tab}{space}{right}
return

numpad2::
send {tab}{down}{right}
return

numpad3::
send {tab}{down 2}{right}
return

just push 1,2,3 based on if the term could be used as a relevant hashtag or whatever
1 is relevant, 2 is irrelevant, 3 is unclear/missing data

You can finish a 40¢ one in about a minute
