Remind me never to waste my time doing the right thing. I'm so angry.

I decided to call google adsense about the scammy HITS. (I do them and will continue to do them, by the way - not advocating what others should do - just saying what I am doing/do). But, if they are really scammy - well, I was going to report them so that they could be reviewed and dealt with.

After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, the very nice man listened, looked at the site, and then told me that i had to fill out an additional report. ME. The helpful person trying to save THEM money (or something). When I said I was giving the problem to him, he said he understood and recommended that I fill out the customer survey on the phone and leave information in the voice mail "because my supervisor will listen to it."

Me: Can I talk to him/her directly?
Him: No, they don't pick up the phone

Okay.............I leave a truncated message (truncated because, of course, I only have one minute to identify the problem and am cut off).
Result: I lose 1/2 hour of work

that involves calling the credit card companies - I assume - and that would be hard for us to track appropriately - what company, ect (that's really what Amazon should do). I thought of cold calling, but that would probably be quite slog, too.
