I was up until 10:30pm Pacific and did not see them.Can anyone confirm?
I've started to message through the contact on MTurk to get a hold of the people. For whatever reason, the people making these accounts are using the actual email of the people that they're stealing the identity from.that involves calling the credit card companies - I assume - and that would be hard for us to track (that's really what Amazon should do). I thought of cold calling, but that would probably be quite slog, too.
I don't think they posted yesterdayCan anyone confirm?
Actually caught one of these!

Wish these racenotes had the audio player embedded in the hit. Is that a feature mturk even has on the basic requester side?

What doesn't make sense to me is that if they are using these people's real email accounts, and those people still have access to those email accounts, then why don't they contact Amazon? Amazon sends out an email every time money is added to your requester account, as well as daily requester activity reports. If they have access to the email that Amazon has on file then they've gotta be seeing all of those reports.I've started to message through the contact on MTurk to get a hold of the people. That's why they've been putting their contact email in the actual hit vs. wanting you to contact them via the normal contact method.
pft, you're like 5 minutes behind me doing this myselfOr something like that.Code:// ==UserScript== // @name Racenote // @require http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js // @include https://s3.amazonaws.com/mturk_bulk/hits* // @include https://www.mturkcontent.com/dynamic/* // ==/UserScript== $('a:last').parent().after('<audio controls src="'+$('a:last').attr('href')+'"></audio>');
I thought you were all AHK this and AHK that.pft, you're like 5 minutes behind me doing this myself
I'm not for sure. The ones that have contacted me back were older women (60s). I've told them that they need to get in touch with amazon.What doesn't make sense to me is that if they are using these people's real email accounts, and those people still have access to those email accounts, then why don't they contact Amazon?
