that involves calling the credit card companies - I assume - and that would be hard for us to track (that's really what Amazon should do). I thought of cold calling, but that would probably be quite slog, too.

I've started to message through the contact on MTurk to get a hold of the people. For whatever reason, the people making these accounts are using the actual email of the people that they're stealing the identity from.

That's why they've been putting their contact email in the actual hit vs. wanting you to contact them via the normal contact method.

I'm not for sure. The ones that have contacted me back were older women (60s). I've told them that they need to get in touch with amazon.
