I asked McDermott Experiments about being able to do more than 1 of their grading hits even though they are very similar and they said:

So if you did the 7$ one you can do the 6$ one as well if it posts again.

There were free lunch programs. But if you didn't qualify and your parents didn't give you anything, then you were just SOL.

I feel like if they would have been giving people stuff for free regardless, I would have abused the hell out of it, since I always chose to go without lunch so I could spend my money on cigarettes.

And again, same thing. This was when you weren't carded so I could just walk right in and buy them. $1.13 a pack.
